The ten days and
sacrifice
إنَّ
الْحَمْدَ لِلَّهِ نَحْمَدُهُ، وَنَسْتَعِينُهُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُهُ، وَنَعُوذُ
بِاللَّه مِنْ شُرُورِ أَنْفُسِنَا وَمِنْ سَيِّئَاتِ أَعْمَالِنَا، مَنْ يَهْدِهِ
اللَّهُ فَلَا مُضِلَّ لَهُ، وَمَنْ يُضْلِلْ فَلَا هَادِيَ لَهُ.وَأَشْهَدُ
أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ.
وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ صَلَّى اللَّهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
"يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ
إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ"سورة آل
عمران / آية : 102 .
"يَا
أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ
وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا
وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ
اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا".سورة
النساء / آية : 1 .
"يَا
أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا * يُصْلِحْ
لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ
وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا"سورة
الأحزاب / آية : 70 ، 71 .
أَمَّا بَعْدُ:
فَإِنَّ أَصْدَقَ الْحَدِيثِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ، وَخَيْرَ الْهَدْيِ هَدْيُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَشَرَّ الْأُمُورِمُحْدَثَاتُهَا، وَكُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ، وَكُلَّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلَالَةٌ، وَكُلَّ ضَلَالَةٍ فِي النَّارِ. ثم أَمَّا بَعْدُ:
نظرًا
للحاجة المُلِحَّة لمعرفة هدي الرسول ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ في الأيام العشر من
ذي الحجة ، وعيد الأضحى ، وما يشرع في هذه الأيام الطيبة .
ونظرًا للحرص على اغتنام هذه الفرص العظيمة الأجر ، والتي تعتبر من
الهبات العظيمة التي تعين على الانتفاع بالأعمار القصيرة ، والأنفاس المحدودة
المعدودة .
نظرًا لذلك جُمعت هذه الرسالة من المصادر الصحيحة لتكون هادية بإذن
الله ، لما يحب الله ويرضى .
وهي تحوي : فضل العشر من ذي الحجة .
وتحوي كل ما يخص الأضحية .وتحوي :
ما يشرع في العيد .نسأل الله
أن يتقبلها منا ، ويجعلها سببًا للنجاة من النار وما كان فيها من صواب فمن الله
وحده ، وما كان غير ذلك فمني ومن الشيطان ، وأسأله سبحانه العافية والغفران . اللهم
ثبتنا على الإيمان والعمل الصالح ، وأحينا حياة طيبة ، وألحقنا بالصالحين ، واجعل
عملنا خالصًا لوجهك ومقربًا إليك ونافعًا لعبادك ، وتولنا في الدنيا والآخرة ،
واهدنا لما اختُلِفَ فيه من الحق بإذنِك ، إنك تهدي من تشاء إلى صراط مستقيم .
والحمد لله رب العالمين ، وصلى الله وسلم على خاتم النبيين وأشرف
المرسلين نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم أجمعين .
The ten days and sacrifice
Praise be to Allah, we seek His help, and we ask for His forgiveness, and we seek refuge from the evil of ourselves, and from the evil of our deeds. Whoever Allah guides is not misled, and whoever He misleads is not guided. And I testify that there is no God except Allah, and there is no partner for Him. And I testify that Muhammad is His servant and his messenger.
"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ حَقَّ تُقَاتِهِ وَلَا تَمُوتُنَّ إِلَّا وَأَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ"سورة آل عمران / آية 102.
O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die
except as Muslims [in submission to Him].
"يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالًا كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاءً وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءَلُونَ بِهِ وَالْأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا".سورة النساء / آية : 1.
O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul and created from it
its mate and dispersed from both of them many men and women. And fear Allah,
through whom you ask one another, and the wombs. Indeed Allah is ever, over
you, an Observer.
"يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَقُولُوا قَوْلًا سَدِيدًا * يُصْلِحْ لَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا"سورة الأحزاب / آية: 70، 71 .
O you who have believed, fear Allah and speak words of appropriate justice.
He will [then] amend for you your deeds and forgive you your sins. And whoever
obeys Allāh and His Messenger has certainly attained a great attainment.
The most truthful book is Allah's Book, and the best of guidance is Muhammad's,
peace be upon him. Heresies are the most evil things, every heresy is
delusion, and every delusion is in hell.
There is a great need to know the messenger's, peace be upon him, guidance for
the ten days of Zil Hijjah and the Eid of Sacrifice and what we ought to do in
these blessed days.
In order to take the advantage of these great opportunities, which are great
gifts for us to make use of our short lives, this message has been collected
from authentic sources to be a guide for what God loves and pleases.
It contains: The virtues of the ten days of Zil Hijjah, and it contains
everything related to the sacrifice, it also contains what we ought to do in
the Eid of Sacrifice. We ask God to accept it from us, and make it a means for
us to escape hellfire. What is right in it is from Allah, and what is wrong, is
from me and from Satan."
I ask Almighty God for health and forgiveness. Please God keep our faith and
good deeds, let us live good lives, let us follow good people, and let all our
deeds be for Your sake. Please let our deeds make us close to You and make them
benefit Your worshippers. Allah, please lead us to the right path as You guide
all who You desire to be on a straight path.

نسأل الله أن يتقبلها منا ، ويجعلها سببًا للنجاة من النار لكل من
شارك في إخراجها والانتفاع بها .
" رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِي وَمَا نُعْلِنُ وَمَا
يَخْفَى عَلَى اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ "
. سورة إبراهيم / آية : 38

"يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُم إِنَّ زَلْزَلَةَ
السَّاعَةِ شَيْءٌ عَظِيمٌ* يَوْمَ
تَرَوْنَهَا تَذْهَلُ كُلُّ مُرْضِعَةٍ عَمَّا أَرْضَعَتْ وَتَضَعُ كُلُّ ذَاتِ
حَمْلٍ حَمْلَهَا وَتَرَى النَّاسَ سُكَارَى وَمَا هُم بِسُكَارَى وَلَٰكِنَّ
عَذَابَ اللَّهِ شَدِيدٌ" .سورةالحج
/ آية : 1 ، 2 .
اللهم إنَّا نسألك العفو والعافية ، اللهم إنَّا نسألك العفو والعافية
، اللهم إنَّا نسألك العفو والعافية في الدنيا والآخرة
"رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ
يَقُومُ الْحِسَابُ ".
سورة إبراهيم / آية : 41

والحمد لله حمدًا كثيرًا طيبًا مباركًا فيه وصلي اللهم على محمد وآله
وصحبه وسلم .
Introduction
In the name of Allah, praise be to God, and peace and
blessings be upon the master of Adam's child.
In this version, we did the following:
This research is divided into six searches:
The first one is the Crescent.
The second one is the Ten Days of Zil Hajj.
The third one is the Guidance.
The fourth one is the Sacrifice.
The fifth one is about what to be done in Eid.
The sixth one is about Fatwas related to this research.
We ask Allah to accept it from us, and make it a reason allowing us and all who
participated in bringing it out and benefiting from it to escape the hellfire.
"رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ تَعْلَمُ مَا نُخْفِي وَمَا نُعْلِنُ وَمَا يَخْفَى عَلَى اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ ". سورة إبراهيم / آية: 38.
Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is
hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven.
"يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُوا رَبَّكُم إِنَّ زَلْزَلَةَ السَّاعَةِ شَيْءٌ عَظِيمٌ* يَوْمَ تَرَوْنَهَا تَذْهَلُ كُلُّ مُرْضِعَةٍ عَمَّا أَرْضَعَتْ وَتَضَعُ كُلُّ ذَاتِ حَمْلٍ حَمْلَهَا وَتَرَى النَّاسَ سُكَارَى وَمَا هُم بِسُكَارَى وَلَٰكِنَّ عَذَابَ اللَّهِ شَدِيدٌ" .سورةالحج / آية: 1 ، 2.
O mankind, fear your Lord. Indeed, the convulsion of the [final] Hour is a
terrible thing.
On the Day you see it every nursing mother will be distracted from that [child]
she was nursing, and every pregnant woman will abort her pregnancy, and you
will see the people [appearing] intoxicated while they are not intoxicated; but
the punishment of Allāh is severe.
O God, we ask you for forgiveness and wellness in this life and in the
hereafter.

الهلال الهلال
قال
الإمام الحافظ محمد بن عيسى بن سَوْرَةَ الترمذيّ في سننه : حدثنا
محمد بن بَشَّارٍ ، قال : حدثنا أبو عامرٍ العَقَدِيُّ ، قال حدثنا سليمانُ بن
سُفيانَ المدِينيُّ ، قال : حدثني بلالُ بن يحيى بن طلحةَ بن عُبيدِ اللهِ ، عن
أبيه ، عن جَدِّه طلحةَ بن عُبيدِ اللهِ ؛ أن النبيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وعلى آله
وسلم ـ كان إذا رأى *الهلالَ
قال"اللهم
أَهْللهُ علينا باليمنِ * والإيمانِ *
،
والسلامةِ * والإسلام
* ، ربي وربُّكَ اللهُ

يقول عند رؤية الهلال / حديث رقم : 3451 / ص : 784 / صحيح

*قوله : كان
إذا رأى الهلال : وهو ـ أي
الهلال ـ يكون من الليلة الأولى والثانية والثالثة ، ثم هو قمر .
* قوله:أَهْللهُ
علينا باليمنِ : أي أطلعه
علينا مقترنًا بالبركة
*قوله:والإيمانِ : أي بدوام
الإيمان .
*قوله:والسلامةِ :أي ـ
السلامة عن كل مضرة وسوء .
*قوله: والإسلام : أي بدوامه .
*قوله: ربي
وربك الله : لما توسل
به ـ أي بالهلال ـ لطلب اليمن والإيمان ، دل على عظم شأن الهلال ، فقال : ربي
وربك الله ، تنزيهًا للخالق أن يُشارك في تدبير ما خلق .تحفة

الله أكبر ، اللهم أهله علينا بالأمن والإيمان ، والسلامة و
الإسلام ، والتوفيق لما تحب و ترضى ، ربنا وربك الله ".المحدِّث

وهاكم أحاديث لم تصح - مردودة ؛ لها صلة بما أوردناه
نورد ما لم يصح لتجنبه :

خير ورشد ، آمنت بالذي خلقك ؛ ثلاث مرات . ثم يقول الحمد لله الذي ذهب بشهر كذا

وبعد هذا الحوار الحديثي الثري هيا نردد صيغة من الصيغ المقبولة
وقلوبنا منشغلة بالتدبر للمعاني وراجية قبول دعائنا . والفرصة سانحة لمن لم يدعو
لرؤية الهلال أول ليلة ، فهو ـ أي الهلال ـ يكون من الليلة الأولى والثانية
والثالثة ، ثم هو قمر .
هلموا نحيي هذه السُنة الشهرية المباركة .

THE CRESCENT
Al Imam Al Hafiz Mohammed Ibn Eissa Ibn Sora Atermizi said in his Sunnan that
Abu Amer Al Okadi said that Salman Ibn Sofian said that Bilal Ibn Yahia Ibn
Talha Ibn Obaid Allah said that his father said according to his grandfather
that the prophet, peace be upon him, when he sees the crescent says "O
Allah, let this moon appear on us with security and Iman; with safety and
Islam. (O moon!) Your Rabb and mine is Allah. May this moon bring
guidance and good)."
Sunnan Atermizi / corrected by Al Albani, book of
supplications, chaprer 51, speech no 3451, page 784, authentic hadith.
He said this when he sees the crescent on the first, second and third nights.
After that it is called moon.
He said let this moon appear on us with security and Iman.
He said by Iman he means permanent Iman.
He said with safety, and he means to be safe from any harm.
He said appear with Islam, meaning permanent Islam.
He said your Rabb and mine is Allah, which shows how great the crescent is and
shows that Allah is the only creator and that no one can take part in creation
but Him.

Here are some acceptable narrations related to this hadith.
When the prophet sees the crescent, he says "O
Allah, let this moon appear on us with security and Iman; with safety and
Islam, your Rabb and mine is Allah". The
narrator is Talha Ibn Obaid Allah Al Timi. Al Bani. Source: Sahih Al Gamee,
part 2, no.4726, page 861. Good Hadith.
Abdullah Ibn Omar, may Allah bless him and his father, said that the prophet,
peace be upon him, says if he sees the crescent "Allah
is great, (Allaho Akbar), O Allah, let this moon appear on us with security and
Iman; please Allah guide us to what you like and to what pleases you.
Al Albani, Source Al Kalem Al Taib, hadith no. 162, page
139, Sahih with witnesses.
Here there are some false hadiths, related to what we have
mentioned.
We mention these hadiths to avoid them.
When the prophet, peace be upon him, sees the crescent he says "good and رشد crescent, I believe in Him who created you,
and he repeated أ¬t 3 times, then he says thanks to Allah, who ended a certain
month and brought another.
The narrator is Qotada, Abu Dawood, source: fasting in Al Omda, explanation
38/1, narrated, relatively, and is not true.
The prophet used to say on seeing the crescent your Rabb and mine is Allah, I
believe in him who started and brought you back.
The narrator is Aesha, Al Albani, the source, The Weak Chain, no. 3505, very
very weak.
The prophet, peace be upon him, used to say "good and رشد
crescent, O Allah I ask you what is good in this month, and I ask you good
fate, and I seek your refuge from the evil of this month. He repeats this 3
times.
The narrator is Rafee Bin Khadij. Al Albani, the source: The Weak Chain, no.
3507. Very weak hadith.
After this enriching talk about hadiths let us repeat a formula that is
acceptable, and make our hearts preoccupied with its meaning, and we hope that
Allah will accept our prayers.
Those who didn't say the duaa in the first night still have the opportunity to
say it as the crescent is in the first, second and third night of thr month.
Let us revive this monthly blessed sunnah.
